Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using VibeCheck, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
VibeCheck provides interactive entertainment features, including personality-style tests, compatibility-style results, gaming-themed results, roasts, cooked-style results and Shayari generation. Results are for entertainment and should not be treated as professional, medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person's account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, attack or attempt to bypass security, usage limits, payment controls or access restrictions. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, threatening, hateful or infringing material.
5. Premium
VibeCheck may offer Free, Pro and Elite plans. Premium features, limits and prices are shown on the Premium page and may change for future purchases.
6. Payment and activation
Manual payments may require transaction/reference information and proof for review. Premium is activated only after successful review. A payment request does not guarantee approval if the payment cannot be verified.
7. Premium expiry
Premium access is time-limited according to the purchased billing period. When the Premium expiry time is reached, the account returns to the applicable Free plan unless another valid Premium period has been activated.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. Contact support promptly if you believe a payment was made incorrectly or Premium was not activated after a successful payment.
9. Intellectual property
VibeCheck's original website design, branding, code and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service normally but may not copy or redistribute protected material without permission.
10. Availability
We aim to keep VibeCheck available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued.
11. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VibeCheck is provided on an "as available" basis and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service or create security or legal risks.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
