VibeCheck is an interactive entertainment and personality platform. This Privacy Policy explains how VibeCheck collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our website and services.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, account identifier, profile information and information you choose to add to your profile.
- Activity information: results, favorites, history, preferences and other information generated when you use VibeCheck features.
- Support information: messages and information you submit when contacting support.
- Payment information: for manual UPI payments, we may receive a transaction/reference ID and payment proof you choose to upload. We do not ask for or store your UPI PIN, bank password or other banking credentials.
- Technical information: browser/device information, approximate usage information and security logs may be processed by our service providers.
- Local storage: VibeCheck may use browser local storage for settings, guest usage limits and similar functionality.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure VibeCheck, authenticate accounts, save your preferences and activity, operate Premium features, process support requests, review payments, prevent abuse, improve the service and communicate important service information.
4. Supabase and service providers
VibeCheck uses Supabase for authentication, database and storage services. Information may be processed by service providers only as necessary to operate the service and according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. Advertising and Google
VibeCheck may use Google AdSense or other advertising services on eligible content pages. When ads are served, third parties, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to measure advertising and personalize ads where permitted. We do not place Google-served ads on private account, administrative or payment screens.
Google requires publishers to provide privacy disclosures describing data collection and use related to advertising technologies. Users can learn how Google uses data when using partner sites through Google's published privacy information.
6. Cookies and consent
VibeCheck may use essential cookies or local storage for authentication, preferences and functionality. 7. Payments and Premium
Premium purchases are manually reviewed. We may retain payment reference information and payment proof for verification, fraud prevention, customer support and accounting purposes. Premium access may expire automatically according to the purchased billing period.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations and maintain legitimate business records. Retention periods may vary by type of information.
